EVALUATION QUESTIONS
I created a series of clips to answer the Evaluation questions I was given.
3. What have you learned from your audience feedback?
4. How did you use media technologies in the construction and research, planning and evaluation stages?
1. In what ways does your media product use, develop or challenge forms and conventions of real media products?
2. How effective is the combination of your main product and ancillary tasks?
I interviewed a few audience members to get some feedback on their thoughts about our Music Video; this is what they had to say.
I used many technology devices to create our Music Video, for example:
Camera: Canon EOS 6OOD
Final Cut Pro X
Macbook Pro
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Wix
(etc)
The combination of my Main Task and Ancillary task is effective due to various technology such as Adobe Photoshop and a Canon 6OOD Slr Camera.
Adobe Photoshop was used to create my Digi-pak images. I made direct links through the font in which both my website and Digi-pak font are the same so that you can tell they are both linked to one another. I also stuck to the teenage/urban grunge theme we were going for with the colours which are vibrant and colourful. Especially the Revolution photo which is basically a picture of a teenager throwing up fast food and cigarrettes and drugs, because stereotypically these things are commonly associated with teenagers and our teenage audiences would be able to relate to the images that they see which is very important.
I think that the combination of both my main product and ancillary is also effective because I used the lead female in my music video as one of the album covers. This is important because she becomes part of the whole package and audiences would recognise her and instantly connect with our album.
